In today's lesson we will learn a groove made of 2 paradiddles, a basic paradiddle and its inversion.
RLRR-LRLL-RLLR-LRRL
Whenever we have the right hand then we will add a bass with it.
This Groove\Exe.. can be a base groove or even as a fill.
I personally really like to practice this as an exercise for the right leg and work on the synchronization between the right hand and the right leg, so I recommend trying to practice it continuously and try to hold it as long as possible and be as accurate as possible!
